Cependant, les habitu\u00e9s de sa consommation recommandent de le faire s\u00e9cher avant de le consommer pour concentrer son go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reconnaitre-le-bolet-orange-leccinum-aurantiacum\">Reconna\u00eetre le bolet orang\u00e9 (Leccinum aurantiacum)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici les principaux crit\u00e8res pour bien l&rsquo;identifier : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chapeau :<\/strong> il mesure entre 5 et 20 cm de diam\u00e8tre, il est lisse et feutr\u00e9, d&rsquo;une belle couleur orang\u00e9e vive. La marge du chapeau n&rsquo;est pas nette et d\u00e9borde sur ses pores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spor\u00e9e\/tubes :<\/strong> blancs dans son jeune \u00e2ge, puis gris\u00e2tre \u00e0 brun quand il viellit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pied :<\/strong> son pied mesure entre 10 et 20 cm, est \u00e9lanc\u00e9, blanc et couvert de m\u00e8ches rouge\u00e2tres \u00e0 noires (typique de Leccinum sp.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chair :<\/strong> elle est blanche, mais noircit rapidement \u00e0 la coupe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Go\u00fbt :<\/strong> similaire au c\u00e8pe avec une douceur et une sucrosit\u00e9 plus prononc\u00e9e !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saison :<\/strong> On le retrouve entre septembre et novembre, mais souvent on remarque de belles pouss\u00e9es entre fin septembre et mi-octobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Habitat :<\/strong> il n&rsquo;est pas rare de le voir pousser pr\u00e9s des c\u00e8pes de Bordeaux, en for\u00eat de feuillus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous souhaitez savoir o\u00f9 trouver les meilleurs coins \u00e0 c\u00e8pe ou a girolles ? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chasseursdechampignons.com\/?blogclid=bolet-orange-le-reconnaitre-et-le-cuisiner1\">D\u00e9couvrez nos cartes r\u00e9gionales ici ! <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne confondez pas les bolets orang\u00e9s avec les bolets roux. La confusion est fr\u00e9quente, pourtant, il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de la m\u00eame esp\u00e8ce !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cuisiner-le-bolet-orange\">Cuisiner le bolet orang\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cuisson du bolet orang\u00e9 est la m\u00eame que les bolets ou que les c\u00e8pes. L&rsquo;id\u00e9al \u00e9tant de d\u00e9tailler vos bolets en lamelle, puis de les faire revenir dans un peu de mati\u00e8re grasse jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils rendent leurs eaux. Le temps de cuisson du bolet orang\u00e9 est de 10 \u00e0 15 min \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cuisiner le bolet orang\u00e9, voici une recette, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faites revenir \u00e0 la po\u00eale, dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, une demie \u00e9chalote cisel\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, coupez en lamelles vos bolets orang\u00e9s qui vont peu \u00e0 peu noircir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez vos bolets dans la po\u00eale bouillante et faites-les cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 10 minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.
